RETURNS AND CLAIMS
RETURNS:
We feel that when you see and use our products you will be thoroughly satisfied. However, should our product not meet your expectations,
should the size be wrong, or you have some other problem, simply return the item(s) in unused condition within 30 days and we will gladly
exchange them or refund your money.
We cannot warranty tack items against breakage. If you have a problem with breakage that seems to be unreasonable, such as defective materials,
we sure would like to know about it and would appreciate a call or letter.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

CLAIMS:
All claims for shortages should be made to our office within 5 days of delivery and must state the invoice or order number.
Claims for loss in transit should be made to our office.
Claims for damages in transit should be made directly to the carrier.
